Proposal to Extend the Licence Over Community Land
Murray Shire Council proposes to extend the Licence to conduct commercial markets at the Kerrabee Soundshell Public Reserve, Moama, currently held by Max Brown of Moama Markets, by a period of two (2) years by way of an option.
The market would be held for a maximum of 31 days in any year, on weekends and public holidays.
The option for the Licence would extend from 1 October 2011 until 30 September 2013.
Submissions, in writing and addressed to the undersigned, may be made to Council concerning the Proposal to Extend the Licence over Community Land up until 4:00pm on Wednesday 25 November 2009.
