Management Plan 2007/2008
In accordance with Section 402 of the Local Government Act, 1993, Murray Shire Council, at its meeting on Tuesday 19 June 2007, adopted the Management Plan for 2007/08, 2008/09 and 2009/10.
The Management Plan has been prepared along the lines of the Principal Activities identified by Australian Accounting Standard No. 27, which is the standard specifically for Local Government. A Strategic Objective has been developed for each Principal Activity, the Activity has then been split into various Services/Functions where specific objectives, performance targets, statement of means and performance assessments are appropriately described.
The Plan should again serve as an effective working document for the administration of Council's activities for 2007/08 and give Council a longer term view for the following two (2) years.
The Plan is presented in three (3) parts:
- Murray Shire Council Management Plan 2007/08, 2008/09 & 2009/10
- Annexure A - Fees and Charges
- Annexure B - Projected Budget (General, Water and Sewerage Fund)
