What is a Service

A service for waste and recycling is as follows:
- One (1) 240 litre bin with a yellow lid: and
- One (1) 140 litre bin with a red lid.
The 240 litre yellow lid bin is for RECYCLING ONLY.
The 140 litre red lid bin is for DOMESTIC WASTE.
